Vera Wedding
After going to the wedding in Albuquerque, NM last week I felt inspired to do a post about wedding dresses. And, in fact, Vera Wang is by far my favorite bridal designer. These are just a few of my favorite gowns that I found here.

Oops!
Last Wednesday, right before I got on my plane to Albuquerque, NM. I posted saying I would not be posting until I get back home, AKA this Wednesday. I just realized that post never posted. Hello!
I'm obviously new to this whole thing. And I barely understand how I am supposed to get more then one person to even read what I am typing. So I guess I will just start.
My name is Taryn and I am going to be a sophmore in high school after the summer is over. Now, I will tell you a little about my past. In middle school I was... well I didn't really have the BEST of friends, because about every other day they would make me come home in tears. But that doesn't really matter as far as fashion, so lets get into my freshman year at high school. First off I wasn't necessarily the kind of freshman who just blended in. Blending in to me has always been so ... hmmm how do I explain it? Boring. Just plain boring. I ended up being the first freshman to wear five inch platform oxford heels (they are SO cute) on school property- and even though I had to put up with all of the "freshman don't wear heels", "you should've waited 'til your Junior year" and "why are you wearing heels?" I still loved it. I felt great. I felt empowered and unique- me :).
I wanted to start this blog so I can share all of my crazy fashion and interior design ideas with the world... or the one person who is probably going to read this(- for now lets hope). I hope someday there will be multiple people reading and commenting my blog posts! That would be amazing! But basically I am obsessed with design. It's in my blood. It always has been, and I can't just run away from it and try to be something else- and even if I could- why would I want to? Fashion and design is my life, its my color, without it life would be so mundane. I go to sleep and wake up thinking about outfits I could put together and all of the possibilities in the fashion industry- now tell me is that normal? Probably not, but I'm in love. What can I do?
I am hoping that once I get the hang of this blogging thing I can start uploading pictures daily! And since I love fashion AND interior design, I will obviously be posting about both, maybe switching off every other day showing you guys different ways to dress up an outfit or spark up a room. I hope you will all love my blog enough to want to comment and follow me :). But for now, I would just like to say: Hello.
